5. Governing law and jurisdiction
The relationship between Subur and the user shall be governed by current Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute or litigation related to this website, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile, provided that the user has the legal status of a consumer and user. If the user is a business owner or professional, the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
6. Amendments
Subur reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any changes it deems appropriate to this website, including changing, removing or adding both the content and services provided and the manner in which they are presented. These changes shall be binding from the time they are published on the website.
