2. Purpose and general terms of use
This website provides information about Subur’s bespoke website services for self-employed professionals and small businesses. Browsing or contacting us does not form a service contract. Users must act lawfully and in good faith, without breaching security, introducing malicious software, overloading systems or sending unsolicited bulk communications.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
Subur’s design, brand and content are protected by the rights held by their respective owners. Third-party materials, fonts and dependencies retain their own licences. Original code in the public repository is governed by its accompanying MIT licence; that licence does not grant rights to the brand or third-party materials. Any use must comply with the applicable licence or the rights holder’s permission. Rights and handover for client projects are governed by the service terms.
4. Exclusion of liability
We take reasonable measures to keep this website available and secure, without guaranteeing absolute availability or freedom from errors. Third-party links do not imply control over their content or policies. Subur is liable as required by applicable law; this notice does not exclude liability that cannot be waived or consumer rights.
Commitments and limits for contracted services are set out in the accepted proposal and the sections on support, liability and force majeure.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies, including applicable Catalan legislation, without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protection, including in cross-border relationships. Jurisdiction lies with the courts determined by applicable procedural and international rules. Exclusive jurisdiction at Subur’s place of business is not imposed, and consumer jurisdiction rights are not waived. Service complaints follow the section on questions and disputes.
6. Amendments
We may update the website’s information and presentation. Updates do not retroactively change accepted contracts or remove acquired rights. Contractual changes require the applicable information and acceptance.
