Integration with one booking provider and one calendar, using the chosen service’s supported features. Custom CRM and multi-practitioner workflows are excluded.

Restricted content for customers, members or whatever you need
User access to restricted content and CMS content management within the agreed scope. This is not a full application: it excludes advanced roles, payments and sensitive data processing.

Editorial hours pack
More monthly time for updating existing content
Adds 2 hr/month for editorial changes to existing pages and structures. Hours do not roll over or convert to cash; only one request can be active at a time. It has no separate 12-month commitment; the general 30-day notice applies.

Bespoke
Integrations, consultancy and changes that do not fit a module
CRM, POS or inventory synchronisation, new pages, consultancy, new functionality, complete redesigns or complex integrations. If it does not fit a module, we define it as a bespoke project.

We redistribute payments while keeping the same services and annual total. We agree the annual schedule in writing and reconcile accrued and paid fees on exit without duplicate charges.
